Day 1, WELCOME TO KENYA AND THE RAINFORESTS OF AFRICA

A Warm Welcome awaits you upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport by a Multilink Guide. A Picnic Breakfast will be served on board our Safari Vehicles. Thereafter you will drive through the lush green Coffee and Pineapple plantations of Thika into the Mt. Kenya Rainforest arriving at the Serena Mountain Lodge, a beautiful Forest Cabin lodge situated in a million year old Rainforest. Here the animals come to drink at the natural waterhole and Salt lick. You will see Elephant, Buffalo, Waterbuck, Hyena, Bushbuck, Bushbuck and other plains game. Day 2, MT KENYA TO ABERDARES

A relaxed rise today as we encourage you to wake up late, enjoy a lovely country breakfast at around 9.00 am. After a hearty breakfast you will proceed north of Kenya and over the Equator which where we will have a photo stop. Thereafter we proceed to the Sweetwaters Tented Camp, home of the Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctaury where we will enjoy a lovely lunch followed by our first game drive in Kenya. We will see Lion, Elephant, Buffallo and many other plains game and if we are lucky even Leopard. Dinner at the Camp followed by an optional Night Game drive which is bookable only at the camp. Day 3, ABERDARES

Early morning game drives followed by a hearty breakfast, Morning at leisure. After lunch we depart for an afternoon game drives in the sanctuary, the Ol Pejeta sanctuary sits astride the equator with unrivalled views of Mt Kenya. The sanctuary boasts a Chimpanzee sanctuary –the only of its kind in Kenya as well as a rhino sanctuary. Dinner and overnight at Sweetwaters Tented Camp

Day 4, ABERDARES TO THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY

After a hearty breakfast you will depart for Lake Elementaita, one of the soda ash lakes in the Great Rift Valley, which is the perfect home for tens of thousands of flamingos. Arrive in time for lunch at Lake Elementaita Serena Camp. After a lovely lunch afternoon at complete relaxation as you enjoy swimming or a walk around the lake shore followed by dinner and overnight at Lake Elementaita Serena Camp.

Day 5, THE GREAT RIFT VALLEY TO MASAI MARA

After Breakfast now we will depart for the fabled Masai Mara National Reserve. The enormous reserve is actually part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest migrations and its home for the big five Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino.Arrive in time for lunch at the beautiful Mara Serena Safari Lodge. Day 6, MASAI MARA

From Fort Santiago, drive on to Manila’s central district, Quiapo, often referred to as the heart of Manila with its market, pilgrimage church of the Black Nazarene, jeepney terminals and bazaars. Then, proceed to the Chinese cemetery, the only one of its kind in the world, where the mausoleums are as big and as elaborate as houses and where the fusion of eastern and Christian religions are very much in evidence. All around Nuwara Eliya you will see evidence of the British influence.  Houses are like country cottages or Queen Ann style mansions.

DAY 04

After breakfast proceed to yala.

Afternoon safari at Yala National Park.

* Yala is a haven for Fauna both indigenous and migrant. Bird concentrations are by the Lagoons/Salvers.  Here are thousands of Flamingoes, Assemblies of spotted Billed Pelicans, Spoonbills, Cormorants and various species of Herons. Pheasants, Pea Fowl, Peacocks and the Wild Fowl  are found in hundreds. Wild Buffalo and herds of wild Elephants are a common sight. Whether it is birds or animals you have them all at Yala.

Day 05

After breakfast leave for Bentota. En route commence sightseeing of Galle.

* Galle - Sri Lanka’s most historically interesting town is Galle.  Built on a premonitory rock in the south of the Island. It was a major port until about 100 years, but today still handles shipping and sailing boats in the natural harbor.

Stroll around the Light House and harbor or visit the old town where you can see the traditional lace makers and carvers and purchase some the finest shell-craft souvenirs in the world.

Day 06

After breakfast transfer to Colombo and commence city tour of Colombo including shopping.

* Colombo a drive through the city taking you to the busy commercial areas as well as the tree-lined residential, Cinnamon Gardens. Visit Fort, the former British administrative center and military garrison, Sea Street - the Goldsmith’s quarters in the heart of Pettah, the Bazaar area, where is also a Hindu Temple with elaborate stone carvings, and the Dutch Church of  Wolfendhal dating back to 1749. The historic Dawatagaha Mosque and the former Eye Hospital are two buildings in Cinnamon Gardens worth looking at. Also visit the BMICH, see the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Square.

After breakfast transfer to the airport for departure OR transfer to the preferred beach resort.
